Rain Season

For a long time rain has been an important part of my work, not only as a source of inspiration but also as a medium.
Rain interests me as a repetetive phenomena that has it’s own rhytms and changes, which is something I cannot control. To be able to use the rain when it happens to come I have had to follow it’s rhytm, something that has made the work to sometimes stop, and at other times flow.

I can and I don’t want to be able to affect when or how the rain comes but when I expose the charcoal to it, I create the preferences to capture some of it as a phenomena.
